The latest edition, Stephen Mason and Daniel Seng (eds.), <em>Electronic Evidence and Electronic Signatures<\/em>, University of London Press, 2021, is available open-access at <a href=\"https:\/\/uolpress.co.uk\/book\/electronic-evidence-and-electronic-signatures\/\">https:\/\/uolpress.co.uk\/book\/electronic-evidence-and-electronic-signatures\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen was also editor until 2024 of the open-access journal Digital Evidence and Electronic Signature Law Review, published by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at the University of London <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sas.ac.uk\/deeslr\/issue\/archive\">https:\/\/journals.sas.ac.uk\/deeslr\/issue\/archive<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the practitioner&#8217;s handbook and the DEESLR journal contain a number of articles relevant to, and on, the Horizon scandal, in particular the common law Presumption that computers behave reliably unless their is evidence to the contrary.
